Breakfast:
Coffee with cream and sweetner -- 3
Tomatoes -- 4
String cheese -- 1

Lunch:
Turkey -- 0
Cheddar -- 1

Snack:
Peanuts -- 3
Beef jerky -- 1

Supper:
Quiche -- 4

Snack:
LC chocolate mousse -- 5

TOTAL: 22 carbs

Coffee with cream and sweetner -- 3
Peanuts -- 3

Lunch:
Turkey burger -- 0
Green beans -- 3

Snack:
Strawberries -- 8
Small salad -- 2
(Member Appreciation Day at the gym -- love the free food! )

Supper:
Ground beef -- 0
Salsa -- 4
Sour cream -- 2

Snack:
LC mousse -- 5

TOTAL: 30 carbs
