Transformed

9:00pm - 10:30pm

ITV1

Overweight Kids

The second of three documentaries about attempts to change bad attitudes. Four overweight teenagers are challenged to lose weight, improve their health and change their lifestyles for ever. A psychologist, a life coach, a nutritionist and an ex-Marine put together a series of mental and physical tests to help the teens confront their attitudes to food and exercise, including a visit to a chocolate factory and a spot of extreme hiking.
Why do they always make fat people hike on these types of programmes it's just cruel.

Extreme hiking round a chocolate factory maybe, a huge game of hide and seek where they hide the chocolate and you have to seek it out?

I remember going to Cadbury's World when I was about 13. I don't think I've ever eaten as much chocolate at once in my life. Oh, happy days.

Must stop thinking about this or I'll really be craving chocolate. Maybe if I walk to the shops I will burn off some calories to justify it?...

I thought it was quite good especially at the end as they had all lost loads.
