I don't know anymore - I am trying not to do too much damage!
I wanted a McDonald's egg mcmuffin breakfast but I had
apple/cinammon oatmeal, decaf w/light cream
snack: 1 banana
Lunch: I have packed a stuffed pepper and some leftover salad but don't want to eat that of course!
Dinner - no idea!
Trying to keep filled up w/water - not sure if I dare go to WI tomorrow - but this looks like a bad trend happening!
