Turkey burger (5) on a roll (3) with fried onion (2), lettuce, green peppers and ketchup (0) = 10
Grapes -- 1
Fresh fruit: 5
Cocktail sauce: 0
Cucumber salad: 0
Yogurt - 2

Lunch-Basalmic chicken in a pita-7
Dinner-5 ounces of Chicken Breast-5
2 servings of baby broccoli blend-2
Snack-1.5 cups low fat, no sugar added icecream-9
Righ on target today!!

Didn't want you all to think I wasn't paying attention after demanding that you all start posting your menus again, LOL. I worked yesterday and wasn't online.... nor was I eating on plan. :o
B~ skipped it
L~ ate at work, where the menu is take it or leave it-- they served:
Mashed Potatoes/Gravy- (they ran out of the roasted potatoes)
1 can Mountain Dew- 3
Sn~ 1 can Mountain Dew- 3
S~ leftover pizza (two slices)
diet orange soda- 0
So, as you can see, I wasn't really behaving yesterday. I haven't totalled up my points and I don't really know if I want to. Oh well, today is another day.
