Hi Everybody!
I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of a B6 B12 diet. One of my favorite singers was talking about it. She just had a baby and has lost 15 lbs in 15 days. I'm sure it's probably not the healthiest thing in the world, but I'm curious anyway :)
