:lol: Did that get your attention?

As Maggie pointed out, a lot of us seem to be losing our steam... so get yourselves in here and post your menus/points! It makes us accountable and motivates us to stay on track. I know I'm not the only one eating ;) anything lately, but I'm the only one posting. We're not here to judge, so post away even if you went off your plan today.

For me today~
B: one HF english muffin= 2.6
one egg= 2
one wedge light laughing cow cheese= 1.4
ice water= o

L= frozen dinner= 5pts
mountain dew= 3pts

S= not sure yet
I'm thinking of making homemade salisbury steaks, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. This is the first night we'll all be home for a nice family dinner in several weeks, so I'll probably make a big meal & use a few of my flex points.

2 eggs (4) scrambled with peppers (0) on wheat toast (4) with ketchup (1) plus 1 extra point because I got it from a lunch truck and they must use tons of oil or butter on the grill. Total = 10

Coffee with creamer -- 1

Salad, which I estimated at 11.

Apples and caramel -- 4

Two taco shells (6) with veggie crumbles (4), ff sour cream (2), lf cheese (2) and salsa (1)

WW ice cream - 1

So far today:

1 egg scrambled with Morningstar veggie sausage crumbles in a La Tortilla Factoary low carb wrap. - 0 points

No points counting because I'm on Core plan. I would have to count points for the wrap, but it comes out 0 pts on the slider.

Will update this later. I have to go shopping & get more fruits & veggies. BTW, my tomatoes are getting ripe now. I have about 4 I brought in to finish ripening. Can't Wait. :cp:

Lunch- 1 piece leftover meatloaf with leftover whole wheat spaghetti w/diced canned tomatoes

Snack - one large peach

Dinner- large salad with 2 oz chicken, 1 oz feta cheese, cucumber & one of my ripe yellow tomatoes with lite olive oil Italian dressing. 12 oz glass of milk. 2 Flex pts for the Feta cheese.

May have a 94% FF mini bag of Act II popcorn for snack later, since I've been running around like a crazy woman today and haven't had time to plan out my meals alll that well. I've been eating on the fly. ;)

OK, I ate a Slim A Bear ice cream sandwich for snack. No popcorn this late at night, WI tomorrow, don't want to bloat up from the salt... :cool:

:D Seriously... I know that writing this silly log every day on here helps me a lot. I realize that nobody else really cares what I'm eating, but, somehow posting it online makes me feel much more accountable than just recording it in my personal journal.

Hello! It's been a LOOOOONG time since I posted my food. I think the last time was BEFORE we moved here!! I have had to cut down my internet time, so in order to keep up on the discussions I skip this. I will try to do better. I also loaded my Fitday software on my new pc so I can journal there. I always track on my paper journal I get at my meetings. But with fitday I will be able to see trends. But maybe I need to be posting too. That way I really can't cheat LOL
