Food Talk And Fabulous Finds - Breakfast shake recipe?

Does anyone have the recipe for a breakfast shake that was posted a couple of days ago? I can't seem to find it now. It had sugar free pudding, skim milk and ice but I don't know what amounts. Thanks so much! Blessings, Jennifer ;)

I have this recipe, not sure where I picked it up.

1/2 oz. SF instant pudding
1 cup skim milk
1 cup ice
Blen pudding mix and milk in blender, add ice. Not sure about the points.

Did you try going to 'search' and put in the words breakfast shake or smoothie or what ever you think might have been in the recipe? Did you try the W W site of recipes? I pulled this one up you can try: On search I put in "breakfast shake" then try by Race-ya on 5/6/01 She listed a shake with fruit.
