I will update the pics when I get to 200 even. I figure doing every 20 pounds should be enough of a difference that a change will really be apparent. At least, I am hoping so! I'm at 210 now, so I'm hoping it will be in just about 10 weeks /crosses fingers.
The charts are from Fitday. The way to get them is to press the printscreen button which should be around your scroll lock key and the ctrl key at the same time while in the window that has fitday running. You can then cut and paste the image into any image manipulation software. I hope I explained it well enough! Let me know if I didn't!
