I've already done poorly today.

B: honey bun, banana, a couple of triscuits
L: probably subway turkey sandwich and baked chips
D: ?? going to MIL's

The good news is that I have already drank at least 20 ounces of water. Maybe that will help. Maybe I should flex today. I don't know, I'm too tired to count points.

Great work on the water Melissa - race you to the washroom!

Breakfast - it was close - wanted to go downstairs to get a muffin or something (yes that's where all the yummies are!), but instead made my own decaf w/light cream and ate my lf cottage cheese w/raspberry jam

Lunch - going out to Anna's bistro - like thai/vietnamese food - will probably have something stir fried w/veggies, but only white rice! Maybe some green tea as well?

Snack: banana or yogurt

Dinner: smothered chicken, corn on the cob

Snack: popcorn or smoothie if required.

Breakfast - Finally tried the Cream of Wheat pudding. I had to add a banana though. lol Kind of tasted like warm banana pudding and was quite good. I ate half and fridged half.

Lunch - salad with Light Done Right House Italian dressing, baked potato

Supper - LO pinto beans, core mexican corn cakes

Tomorrow is my official weigh in. I am 2.6 lbs from my last week's weigh in to reach my 10%. My scale shows .4 lbs to go this a.m. I am so hoping that .4 disappears tonight.
