He has also written Food for Life and Healing Foods. He bases his diets on high starch foods? So I'm confused about the " fruits and veggies without all the starch" ? Need clarification please. TIA kd580 07-01-2001, 03:12 PM TIA, the reason for the no starch is b/c im not following his version b/c his version isnt real. plus, i gained more on his plan. hope this helps.and yes he advocates bread and stuff. kd580 07-02-2001, 11:09 AM hi all. week 1 is over. down 2 pounds. hoping for a much better weigh in next time. 159.8/157.8 karefree2 07-03-2001, 02:55 PM First, congrats on you weightloss. 2 pounds in a week is great. Thanks. karefree kd580 07-03-2001, 03:23 PM karefree, thanks, but ive beenn binge eating&sure i gained it already. anway, i dont the questions. yes it is fruits except banana& no starch veggies, no potatoes, peas, corn, etc. sorry! but yes, you can eat as much as it takes. karefree2 07-05-2001, 10:29 AM It must be difficult to follow. Although , in all fairness to the plan, I know I REALLY have to be in the right frame of mind to follow ANY plan. Are you going to try it again? I'd really like to know how it works out for you. It sounds healthy. Any meat or is protein just from beans etc? Good luck. I hope it works for you.
