WW Clubs and Groups - Thursday Weigh-In Results for August
It's August, one of the hottest months of the year.
This means what????? We need to drink extra water to keep the retention away. Less retention means better scale results.

That's a great loss.
Not many want to post scale results this month. It's time for last minute vacations and getting kids ready for school. Or, it's teachers getting ready to teach again.
I hope we can all find the time and courage to get on the scales in the next few days. :D

Ya'll did GREAT!!!! I don't think the stress of the week has been good to me... or was it the m&m's and oreos I had.... hmmmmm!!!!!! I think I'll skip weigh in and pray this week is a good one.
M&M's and Oreos sound soooooo good about now. :) ;) :D

I fixed such a healthy supper that I've been starving all evening. :lol:

Oreos are my personal favorite - and, I did this research panel study thing, where they were fedexing them by the box to my house! Thank God that's over!

It has been so long since I've changed my tracker. I just did it but it came out the same. What am I doing wrong?

I could kick myself for gaining the weight over the past year. I still think that the doctor wasn't nice when she didn't tell me that bedtime pill would cause weight gain.
I'm very happy to say that my tracker keeps on moving~~~~~
1.5 lbs gone this week. That makes 4 lbs. lost!!!!!!!!

I didn't get to go to my meeting last night, and I'm so confused as to how to handle it.
I -THINK- I can catch another one of her meetings tomorrow - should I try? If I do, how would that work? Would I get to weigh in? The leader has a total of 3 meetings a week in different areas.
I am sure I lost weight, should I just go by my scale at home this week, and go to my meeting next week? I hate that I missed, and now I don't have a quicktrack thingie for this week.
Congrats to those of you who lost weight this week!
Erin, by all means go to a meeting tomorrow.

Doesn't B6 help with water retention? Maybe you could take some of that? I hope it moves in the right direction for ya, tomorrow!
Thanks for the advice on the B6. I took some last night. Now I'm going to wait until tomorrow, Friday, for my official weigh-in.
