Sorry so late. I'm net down 1 pound. (down 5, up 4 on vacation!)

Well, I'm fairly new. I don't know if I am supposed to post here. Overall, in July I lost 7.4 pounds.

Sorry I'm so late......I lost 3 lbs in July.
