My goal is to do some kind of excerise DAILY!!! It might be walking, water aerobics or excerising to tapes. KEEP THIS BOD MOVING!!

Saturday.... Walked 1 mile :cb:
Sunday... 30 minutes water aerobics.
Monday.. 1 hour water aerobics { jogging too :o} w/ my water buddy!! :D

My goal is for August is to do something everyday that makes a healthier ME..

Sick and tired of feeling SICK AND TIRED!!

Shelley, I'm confused, I thought the club stats for the HW site were to roll over and start fresh each month. I'm thinking about dropping there, it is a neat concept but to bad people don't seem to take an interest in posting on the message board.

Gayle-I kind of like the fact that they don't roll over. I'm going to stay there myself. I like seeing my name go up and down the club stat thing. Thanks for letting me know about the site.

My goal for August is to walk 15 miles. I know that's not much, but it's HOT and HUMID here! And I'll be starting back to school on the 22nd (when it could possibly start cooling down). I'll just be grabbing a quick mile here and there when I'm able.

Goal: 15

Walked: 1.2 on 8/1

Total walked: 1.2

I have decided that when I go to Magnolia this week-end to mow the lawn and check on the trailer I'm going to take my 3-mile WATP tape. If I do, maybe I can get in at least 6 miles over the week-end, maybe even 9. I may have to raise my goal if I do.

What is healthwalk?

Walked: .8 on 08/07

Total walked: 4 miles

Didn't exercise like I had planned. Mowed the lawn, though and count that exercise as .8 mile.

Gayle, yes, I put a for sale sign in the window this week-end. I'm not desparate to sell it, but we'll see what happens.

Nice to see you back Cheryl! Good luck selling the house. I know you have reservations, but it really is for the best. Mobile homes seem to really deteriate when they sit empty.

Gayle it really doesn't matter if you are racking up the miles, the most important thing is that you are active. We aren't competive it is personal goals only and I am so proud of you. My mileage isn't actual miles, at least not all of it. I base it on 10 minutes of swimming for one mile. My biking and walking are actual miles.
