South Beach Diet - Victory!!!

Today I did something that I probably haven't done in years.

My mom ordered pizza for dinner, because my brother wanted it and begged...I had been perfect today, but I figured that one piece wouldn't hurt. I picked the smallest piece in the box, which alone was some accomplishment. I took a couple bites...and then I came to my senses and I THREW THE PIZZA AWAY! I don't think I have ever stopped myself while already in the act of "diet sinning". :lol:
