Weight Loss Surgery - Is this possible?

I compared numbers on my scale with the doctor's scales when I went in for my post-op appointment, and the numbers match.

Today I am exactly one week post-op, and I have lost 19 pounds???????

yes. it's possible StevieC. the first week, i lost 18 pounds, and then 1.5 pounds a day for 6 weeks.

sit back and enjoy - and make sure you drink your water and your protein. you need both.

Yep, it's possible. I didn't loose that much in the first week. Only 12 pounds. But, the cool part is stepping on the scale every day and seeing it drop a pound or two a day. It will slow down, but it was cool anyway. Enjoy! It really feels good to see that scale dropping in the downward direction.
