Hi everyone,

How about we weigh in today and and see how much weight was lost by Monday.

I see this as a motivator to eat healthy minimeals, exercise and be on our best behavior over the weekend.

How many people are up for the challenge?

I weighed in at 180 lbs. this morning?

Come on people, let's do it!! Let's behave over the weekend and drop of few!!

I weighed in at 161. I have been gaining weight here b/c of TOM. I will be glad when it is all over so I can start loosing again.

Good MORNING! It is Saturday and I am taking your challenge, Kathy. (TOM is time of month). Okay, I weighed in today at 220, down two pounds from Wednesday. I am sitting here typing while my daughters (12 and 7) are eating mini powder donuts. I ate two, but I will not beat myself up!

I would love to be in the 2-teens on Monday. I will try try try and exercise as well! I had plans to go to the beach today but it is suppose to rain :( So, we will go see Shrek instead.

Im new to this board, and i will accept your challenge. I weighed 179 this morning, will check in on Monday. I need this motivation to exercise. I regularly post on the Sugarbuster's board.

Hi Everyone,

I've been off the board for a year. Last summer we had a thread going for a weekly weigh-in. I'm glad another has been started. Here's my weight as of yesterday, 125lb.s
