Okay, I'll go first

Me next. I did not plan on eating the last TWO chicken cutlets for dinner but they are SOOOOO good. :shrug:

Weird breakfast:
WaWa's Healthy Choice turkey on wheat with roasted peppers, onions
and mustard -- 7
Diet Pepsi -- 0

Lunch:
Soy Crisps -- 2
Carrots -- 0

Snack:
Strawberries and chocolate -- 3

Dinner:
2 chicken cutlets (about 6 oz) -- 11.5
Ketchup -- 1
Green beans with B&B -- 1
Sip ff milk -- 1


Snack
Yogurt -- 2
2 PhillySwirls -- 2

Total: 30.5

My menu for the day:

B - 1 egg fried in Pam - 2
2 pc lite bread toasted - 1

S - Cantaloupe = 1

L- Can of tuna - 3
0 pt veg soup - 0

S- Slim a bear mint ice cream sandwich - 2

D- 6 oz roasted chicken, white & dark meat - 5
0 pt veg soup - 0

S- 2 pc lite bread toast - 1
1T PB - 2
decaff coffee w/1/2 c 2% milk - 1

Total: 18 I know, I have to eat more, but I'm not really hungry. But I don't want to eat anything junky to get the other 8 pts I'm supposed to eat. I know I couldn't stop at that. ;) Besides, I have cleared the house of junk food. My DD has some slice & bake cookie dough in frige. Can't trust myself with that. Heh

Ok I haven't been posting my meals but I think it helps keep me on track so here goes.

B-1 egg fried with pam
1 piece of sugar free toast with butter spray .5

Snack- carrots 0

Lunch-
Chicken breast sandwich (leftover breast meat from a rotisserie chicken)
on sugar free whole wheat bread with light mayo 5 points

so sugar added applesauce cup-1
carrots-0

sugar free fat free iced mocha coffee drink-2 points

Dinner-
Weight Watchers chicken enchiladas suiza -7points
Diet Coke with Splenda-0

Total- 18 points

Still have 2 points and think I will have some sf chocolate pudding in an hour or so
