I've missed you all! Boy did I backslide! I've really let myself go this summer! I started the SB diet back in April. (I believe it was April!) I lost and was pretty impressed with the plan but somehow managed to get carried away over Memorial Day, July 4th, etc. ! Anyway, I wanted so bad to look good this summer in a bathing suit and I've gone backwards. I finally decided I've just got to stick to it. I need to get motivated and stay focused! I got alot of support here and so that's why I'm back! Looking forward to doing some catching up! Tara :D
