South Beach Diet - The Official SBD website

I'm just wondering if any of you are members of the official site?

I signed up to it when I first tried SBD back in October 2004, but I thought it was pretty expensive, and the site was very slow - I was on a dial up modem then. I cancelled my subscription when I dropped of the Beach.

Just considering maybe joining up again, interested to hear your opinions on whether or not its worth it?

From what I have heard about the site...it is a waste of money...more info here, and much more supportive group!!

I was a member and it was a total waste of money! I've found everything I need right here. I definately won't do it again.
