Introductions - Hi, new here

:cool: Hi, I am 59 years old and live in Florida. I have 13 grandchildren. I am on the WW plan and have lost 45 pounds. Have about 25 to go. Been struggling with the last 25 for awhile now.
Want to be part of an encouraging support group.

Don't just sit here, go along to the Support Group threads and read up about the people in there. There are some wonderful supporting friends to be found. Find a thread (or threads - they can be addictive) and just jump on in and introduce yourself as you have done here.

Yeah, another grandma! Sometimes I feel like the LONE RANGER! Seems like most of the others are younger. We all share the same goal, we need to loose weight. Like you, I have lost most of the weight, just a little ways to go, but it's getting harder too. Those last pounds just want to hang on. I'm new here too. I've been on low fat the past week and am doing good,
looking and feeling slimmer each day. I have 85 pounds to lose. I am 42
and have 2 young sons,a husband,and 2 cats.
I've been battling the bulge for the past 20 years. I've tried countless diets.
Low fat eating and exercise have always worked magic for me. Of course,I have
an eating disorder...compulsive over-eater...which makes it darn near impossible
to stay on a diet. This time around I am in poor health,which means I have to
stay on my diet,and that means I need all the support I can get.
