Introductions - I'm new here

Hi all-

This looks like a great place for support! My name is Abbey and I have about 20+ lbs I would like to lose. A little over 4 years ago, after giving birth to my daughter, I stepped on the scale... it read 275 lbs. :o I busted my butt and got down to 135 lbs. A lot has happened since then, mainly infertility, and sadly the pounds are coming back. Anyhow, I know this is going to be a bigger struggle than before... mainly due to the medicine I take... so I thought that being in touch with others who understand the frustrations that come with dieting would be a great help. I look forward to getting to know all of you!!!

I hear about the medicine. I have 3 I am supposed to take for high blood pressure and one of them is to counteract water retention because the pounds pack on. I have more to lose but there is a great bunch of gals that I talk to and we hook up once a week through email too to chart progress ect. PM with your email if you would like to join us.
