Hi all

I did Joyce's programs of mainly Definition and Bottoms Up a few years back and thought they were great. Built some muscle - I could feel my guns :lol: I actually lost about 20 kgs and only discovered Joyce towards the end of that loss so can't really say it was a major contributor but did feel that there were some effects.

I am thinking about picking it back up again and doing it with the DVD's I already have and prefer the Definition program.

Was just after anyones experiences with the program?

Hi Ange :wave: I did one of Joyce Vedrals workout books years ago I can't even remember the name of it at the moment... I had really liked it. But like all good things after 4-6 weeks I was at a plateau so I had to change things up, you've given me the idea that I may just take the book out again and give it a go. Try it for a while and see if you like it, change is good...
