SBD Frequently Asked Questions - FF Cream Cheese & FF SC

I know the list for phase one says cream cheese substitute but I found recipes all over this website for phase one that calls for FF cream cheese and neuftchatel cream cheese-are these allowed? For example the chocolate breeze cups in phase one? Anyone know?

Go ahead and use them. I believe the question has already been answered in that recipe thread. Just don't overdo it - use it as a treat and remember to count the extra calories as part of your 75 calorie allowance. We got fat eating dessert - right?
