. I did take away a few things to use though. I was not aware that my strength training reps should be four seconds. I was flying through everything and not properly working my body. Also, I liked the idea of visualizing which muscles I am using. His "diet" included so many foods I don't like or can't make work into my schedule. I believe I have "flipped the switch" and I guess I didn't really need his help as much as I thought.
