Another 3.5 gone for me!! So I have lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks! I am soo excited. I could not have done it without you guys!

07-26-2005, 10:42 PM
:D Yeah!!! I added everything up, and I believe that we have lost 13 total pounds so far!! (Someone please check my math!)

Maybe we should try to keep a running tally in the future.

So the first person notes how many pounds she lost, and the second person notes how many pounds she lost too, but then also includes the total for the group at that point.

Just a thought...

07-27-2005, 12:49 AM
I lost 1.6 for my first week!! YAY!! I was really excited. I hate weighing in the evenings cus I am always heavier but I still lost! Oh and Misty you are almost in onederland!! Great! And Good Job to everyone else. So let's see...........that's 1.6 for me and 14.6 for the group!

That's 20.6 pounds lost so far for the entire group!

07-30-2005, 11:59 AM
gain... 2.4   :tantrum: :censored:

07-30-2005, 12:03 PM
I lost .2 pounds. Don't get excited, that's a decimal point in fron of the 2. I didn't stay for the meeting. I can't do this anymore. I can't take these Saturday morning disappointments after being sick to my stomach and under constant stress and pressure from Thursday morning on. Staying fat and getting fatter is so much easier.

07-30-2005, 12:17 PM

Warning: Tough love given here! :grouphug:

So, you only lost .2, and sometimes you will gain. You are the only one that needs to be concerned with how much you lose. No one is sitting in judgement of you, but you.

Please, just don't worry about the weigh ins, its only a number. Do you want to see it go down or up? Just keep doin what you are doin.

Maybe you would like to try the Core plan. It works better for me. You can eat what you need to feel satisfied, but don't have to count points except for things not on the Core list.

Please keep going!!!

The Sistas don't want you to quit.

07-30-2005, 02:23 PM
AAAAAAAA!!!!!!!! *runs around in glee*

Hehehehe!! :D I am so beyond thrilled right now...especially after having broken even last week because of my damn TOM. But it doesn't matter any more because I lost 4 pounds!!! :D

Congratulations to everyone who lost (no matter where the decimel point is ;)) and to everyone who didn't: :grouphug:. Just keep goin' and you'll see results! :)

07-30-2005, 04:48 PM
Well, I lost/gained exactly 0. Same exact average as last week 167.571. Weigh-in the same as last week (167). So not happy, but not sad. :-p

edit: Changed my mind. I am quite happy, considering two days were completely over.

07-30-2005, 05:06 PM
:bravo: :bravo: :cb: :cb: GREAT JOB AMANDA and MAGGIE!!!!!!!! :bravo: :bravo: :cb: :cb:

That Brings the group to 24.8

Diva-I hear your pain. Next week will be better!!

Maggie, Amanada is right it doesn't matter where that decimal is. Do you know that you can attend meetings without weighing in? You still have to pay but WW does not force you to weigh in. SOme people do better weighing in only once a month. Some people do better like Kitty said, on core.

We're not gonna let you quit!! Change your stragtegy, change your mind set or your persepctive. But don't quit. We won't let ya ;) Go with it a few more weeks. A loss is a loss. That's .2 pounds you don't have to think about anymore!

Look back on weeks where you were pleased with your results. What trends to you see? Maybe even repeat the same foods, Hippo suggested that. My mother in law does that when she hits a slump. Our leader happily tells us it took her 4 YEARS to lose 60 pounds. She kids around alot and says she's a slow learner LOL. It's not a race. You didn't gain all this weight in a matter of months. It's gonna take time. You had to work at gaining it, whether or not it seemed like work, it took certian practices to get there. It will take work to reverse it.

07-30-2005, 05:27 PM
One more pound down for me!

Great job to everyone, we're all in this together! I love that I not only am changing my life, but I have lot's of new friends!

Love ya Sista's!

07-30-2005, 07:07 PM
Yay Izzy! Dude...do you realize you're 2 pounds away from your 10%?? Woohoo!!!

Thanks for the encouragement, Misty! :D

07-30-2005, 07:12 PM
And Amanda!!! Look over yonder! The 100s!

07-30-2005, 07:16 PM
Hehe! I know! They're so close I could touch 'em! ;)

07-30-2005, 07:23 PM
Glad to see you add a 10%. That chick certainly looks like it has a plan. :)

07-30-2005, 07:34 PM
Lol, she does, doesn't she? :) I was thinking to myself this afternoon, "You know...I should have one of those 10% goal tickers because it'll make the goal look much closer than the lifetime one." And...it does. :D

Oh, and hey Julie (ya snuck in here while I was typing at first, lol)! :) You must be new! Nice to see you in here. :D First, I have to say, I adore that you have a Christmas goal. It is definitely achievable. :) Second, good luck with the gym! I've got a personal trainer and spend most of my time at the gym (lol...my PT is pretty strict with me and gives me homework on my "off" days), so I definitely know what you mean about the muscle vs. fat thing. Before I started WW, I wasn't losing any weight per se, but I was seeing a change in the way my clothes were fitting. When you combine exercising with watching what you eat, the results are far more evident. :) Good luck with your goals!

07-31-2005, 10:58 AM
I lost 1.6 lbs this week, bringing me down to 144 lbs!
