LA Weight Loss - Looking for the Plan

Hello all,
I want to start the LAWL plan, but don't have access to the information because I live overseas. Does anyone know where I can get it? I looked on e-bay but I didn't see anything there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The PDF I have tells all of what that auction lists (including takeoff juice recipe). The problem is that what I have is much more restrictive (like the plan used to be) and some of the counts are slightly off...example, you can have 2 dairy on my plan instead of one, but each dairy is half the size they are now...so it equals out. If anyone wants it, let me know QUICKLY before it gets lost in the sea of 1500 emails that is my inbox.
