Isn't it crazy how we think food will make us feel better, and then it just leaves us feeling bad in other ways? Why do we do that to ourselves???

Sandra, I am Rita. Yes, I count venison as core. I also use ground venison for all my crumbled hamburger kind of dishes and count it as core. I ended up having Balsamic/pineapple glazed chicken, mashed cauliflower w/1 potatoe mixed in for the 3 of us, and brussell sprouts. I have sf/ff banana & pineapple pudding for dessert.
