:kickcan: I have had a hard week and am struggling with exactly what plan I should be on - the centers in the UK have closed, so I am going solo. I will throw it out to you ladies:
My stats
-- want to lose additional 35 pounds (5'4" currently ~170)
-- Stay at Home Mom to 3 under age 5. My little one is 13 mos and weighs 30 lbs (so I have a bit of a built in work out moving him around).
-- recently started wearing a pedometer. I walk around 8,000 - 11,000 steps on my average day. (I have read 10,000 is considered an active life style).
-- Wrk out about 1x (sometimes 2x/week) doing weights for core stability.
-- Only have 1 more week of bars left (haven't found a good replacement in the UK). Going to try to get some shipped over, but not sure how that will go with the summertime heat. There are also some strict import regulations.
I was originally put onto the "Gold" plan 3 years ago when I first joint (after #2, before #3). I can't seem to lose on Gold, should I move to a different plan?! What plan should I do when my bars run out? (other than cry?)
Thanks so much for your support!
