well a few of you may know that i've been up to my old tricks and whilst being a little bit silly managed to smash up my shoulder (again) i've have 2 cortisone shots in it. the first 3 weeks ago. and the second yesterday. my question is weight gain normal in the weeks after a cortisone shot? i've put on the best part of 10lb in 3 weeks after the first one.
