I'm at 143 today (almost at 142, but it's hard to tell on my scale), down 1 lb from last week!

It is my TOM and I will not be weighing in on principle *hmph* (plus I KNOW I'm retaining water like nobody's business) But I am leaving on my trip to Utah (grandmother's 80th birthday) on Thursday and I will weigh in then. I'm going to work extra hard to reach my goal of 163 but it's not looking good. I'll be happy with 164.0

Great job ladies! I can tell everyone is really working hard!

I am up a pound, but it's almost that TOM (in 3 days) so I think I am bloated and won't use it as an official weigh in until TOM is over.

Strike that...I didn't gain that pund. I am the same as last week. I forgot I got a new scale that weighs me in a pund more than the old one ***kicking my scale*** lol...But I am still bloated!
