Yum pop tarts!

Trying to hang in the for the next 2 days prior to WI!!!

breakfast: ww cinammon clusters cereal, lf milk and fresh blueberries (my new "favorite" breakfast) - a more "reasonable" portion this morning....(not in the Jethro bowl - ha ha ha).

Lunch: 7 grains salad (found this at our local fruit/veggie store - had a sample and it was great: yellow lentils, couscous, brown rice, navy beans, mung beans, onions, peppers, corn in a light curry vinaigrette) - have a small container and not sure how much I will eat?
fresh cherries

AFTERNOON CHALLENGE - wine and cheese party at work today from 2-4 pm - I need to BE STRONG - I have brought in chips and salsa, but there will also be cheese and crackers and of course wine. I think there is also fresh fruit? Last time we had this event (monthly) I really pigged out and I can't afford to do that today!

Dinner:?? probably LO salmon and green beans
