Question chicken sausage??

can we have chicken sausage?? I bought casual gourmet chicken sausage the ingredients are skinless chicken. spinich, asiago cheese, water, salt and seasoning.
they have 100 calories 4.5 g fat 0 sugars and 14 g protien these should be ok right?

the "skinless chicken" worries me - we're only supposed to have white meat...at least in Ph1.

I would eat it but then complain about it if I stalled!

, Jenn! I would do the same...it sounds good to me, but check out the fat percentage. Asiago could have a lot of fat, as could the chicken if it's not white meat. If the fat is low, go for it, girl! Sounds delish!
