oh man i just totally binged on the sbd cookies!!! today is the first day on my journy to quit smoking and i just totally ate 3 (yes 3) paks of the cookies thats 6 cookies! oh well i guess i will just start again tomorrow and try not to eat anything else today!

Six cookies?? I could eat 1/2 a box of cookies no problem! You could've done worse so just do better tomorrow!! :)

thanks tou guys but guess what i gained 2 pounds =( . Maybe I should go back on phase one for a couple days!!!
