Hi, I'm trying to get back into shape again
and I know this place could sure help me out. I'm a SAHM with 2 children and 2 soon to be stepdaughters. I want to do this for good now
No turning back. I'm supposed to get married in one of these up coming months (he says it's a surprise
) and can't wait. I would like to get to my goal by the end of September.
I have done SB before and I had great success with it. Just got to get back on the ball.
Mini goal September 15= 8 lbs
