Well I had a very good workout yesterday did legs :strong: and today I did chest and shoulders :wl: ... It was all good...

Did an upper body workout last night. No time for :tread: - oh darn. :lol: :lol: My arms are nicely sore today too. I'll be back at the gym tonight for legs and, oh yeah, that oh so fun (not) cardio. :)

Last night was legs and elliptical - adding minutes every time. Soon I'll be back to where I was before I fell off the old cardio wagon. :)

Today gardening I have a headache and I don't do well in the gym with a headache, it makes it pound harder... :(

OK ... I'm in. I did upper body today and plan on doing cardio later today. I tried the treadmill but it's soooo hot and sticky here!
Tomorrow, it's legs!

Ilene, I've been battling a naggy headache today. I think the weather must be changing or something. A little cooler would be nice, hmmm?

Susan, be careful what you wish for! We cooled off over the weekend and actually had really nice rain - steady but not hard - for Mon and Tues. Yesterday started the same, cleared off, got warm, and then BOOM a huge thunderstorm that knocked out power for up to an hour in a 30 mile radius! Continued to thunder into the evening, then the clouds left and we had beautiful weather again about 9 pm. Today is clear and sunny, but not too hot.

Hi Ladies, is it okay to join in here? I'm trying to work out everyday (TAEBO) but I'm thinking it would be nice to have buddies to be accountable to....a little added pressure is helpful.

Water rat...I noticed your info said Alaska!!! We are planning to move to Alaska. I would love to "talk" to you about it.

My head's much better this morning. Ilene? how's your's?
WaterRat ... they keep threatening us with t-storms but none yet. It's already pretty sticky here this morning.
I'm a bit disappointed that my shoulders and arms aren't more achey this morning.
My cardio really was half hearted yesterday. A very few minutes on the eliptical.
Today is legs! I haven't had a really nice post work out thigh wobble in sooo long. I think I'll like it.

I did do legs this morning and they feel nicely tired now. I also took my Mom for lunch (bad food) but then I found a wonderful deal on fish. Got somewhere in the neighbourhood of twelve pounds.
But ... what I'm really excited about is books. I went to Chapters and got The Body Sculpting Bible for Women, Thin for Life and In Search of Peace, Love and the 24" Waist. I hardly know where to begin!

Really good arms/chest/back workout :wl: this morning, and an additional 5 minutes on the elliptical. Almost back to my endurance level of April! :)

Geesh, I posted then disappeared....my parents were here for four days so I wasn't on the computer. I'm off to do TAEBO as soon as my 11 mo. old goes down for a nap.

Okay, I changed my mind. It is really nice out today and my lawn was looking ragged so I mowed for an hour and a half instead of doing TAEBO. That's the workout for today!

Must shower....you'd be amazed at the amount of sweat you can produce pusing a mower!

Tomorrow is abs and the dreaded cardio.
