WW Clubs and Groups - Thursday Goals for this week!
Here we go with a new idea.
Let's post goals for this week. Or, it can be one goal for one day.
I'm thinking here. Someone help me. :lol:
I'll start us off----
Monday--I will exercise at least 20 minutes & drink 5 glasses of water.

wow, great idea!
here goes. i will do my walking workout everyday.and get at least two circuit workouts in by thursday.

My goal for today is to go to Curves (and work hard) and stick to program today.

My goal for the week is to have at least one day on points.
It has been a very hectic few weeks and too much take out food.
I want to try to get more water in too, I have had a low grade headache for days and I think it is not enough water. Glug.....................................:)
It's so great that so many have posted.
Today's goal for me------Instead of exercising 20 min., I got in 25 min.
Water- so far 4 glasses

My goal for the week is to drink more water!!! I had 3 glasses today. That's more than I had most of the days of vacation. I want to drink AT LEAST 3 glasses each day. That's enough of a goal for me right now.

Well, I didn't make my goals for yesterday because of a headache. So I plan on making it for today.
2. stay on program
3. drink my water

Tuesday goal --
Drink 5 glasses of water
Eat a 0 pt. lunch.

I met my goal by drinking 5 glasses of water today (so far). I'll keep that goal until next week, then I'll change to something else or add to that one. Not doing much exercise wise since my ankle is still swollen.

My goals for today:
1. Eat well.
2. Drink LOTS of water.
3. Clean house.
No need to worry anymore about the hurricane. It went into Mexico. We are gettting a little rain but it's from some high/ low thingy, not the hurricane. Thank you for caring!
It sounds like we are setting great goals.
I did good on my water yesterday. Can I count a large glass of cf tea towards my water goal? :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
Drinking that water and exercising for 20 minutes.

My goals for today are to:
1. Drink my water
2. Stay within my points (this includes the ice cream I had with my friend)
3. Get rid of my headache!!!!

Well, today I had only 3 waters, BUT I did awesome on the food today!!! That wasn't a goal, but I'll take it. lol
I'm not going to try to drink as much water today.
I'll try to have a low-point supper.

1. stay hydrated (drink lots of water and less diet dr. pepper)

On points for 3 days now, drinking lots of water, My dentist put me on antibiotics today, so I hope my appetite won't go through the ceiling.
F.Y.I. the reason cattle are the #1 consumer of antibiotics in the world is because it is an appetite stimulant. :(
Once in awhile I give my cat a 1/4 of an antibiotic pill. For some reason it works as an appetite stimulant to cats. Weird the way things work!
Good going on the water and points. Sorry you have to see a dentist. Yuck! :(

I didn't know that about antibiotics. No wonder I always gain on them.
I don't know if it works that way on humans. :) :lol: :lol: :lol:
I'm going to drink so much water that I'll get my exercise running back & forth to the bathroom. :o

Goals for today:
1. Drink water (up to three now)
2. Eat well (about to have a yogurt)
3. Clean house. (somehow, I think this will ALWAYS be on my list)
4. Go for a walk once it cools down but before mosquitos attack. Should have about 20 minutes. :)
Someone said in meeting yesterday to set goals, not just monthly or weekly, but daily goals. So.....we're doing good!!!

Here are my goals for today.....
1. stick to CORE today
2. drink my water and decaf. tea (and not so many diet dr. peppers)
3. Not eat out of boredom
This is a hard one. I don't want to drink water or eat fruit. :(:(:(:(
I will drink 4 glasses of water
I will eat at least one piece of fruit.
I'm starting another Goals thread for next week---which starts tomorrow!

I think setting goals in post is a really great idea! It makes you more accountable. OK, my goal for the week is to lose 2 lbs by this time next week. I will make every effort to do my exercise (I use the Gazelle - Tony Little) and hopefull that will give my weight loss a little boost. Good Luck to all of you on the goals you have set for yourselves.
