Weight Watchers - Flexers weekly food log - July 18 to July 30

Good morning!

Sherri had mentioned that she was interested in keeping a food log on this forum so I thought I would start the thread this morning.

Anyone who is interesed in posting their food journal on a daily basis is welcome to do so.

We will start a new one for the week each Monday - whoever gets here first in the morning can start the thread if they would like to. :)

Monday:

Breakfast:
1/2 egg - scrambled
2 slices of Canadian bacon
1 coffee

Snack: 1 lf - sf yogurt

Lunch:
2 cups of salad - mixed greens, chopped raw broccoli, tomato with 1 oz lf turkey and 1 oz lf cheese, 1 tbsp organic dressing
1 cup mixed blueberries & raspberries
1/2 lf milk

Snack: 1 cup baby carrots & 1/4 cup hummous

Dinner:
2 cups of chicken & vegetable stir fry (no rice)
1 8oz glass V8

Snack: 1 Healthy Choice fat free fudgesicle :T

1 Tsp. Wheat Germ (.5)
Coffee with SF Creamer 1.5 TB (1.5)
Low sodium V8 (0)

Lunch: SmartOnes Salisbury Steak and can of green beans (6)
1 WW Fudgesicle (1)

Snacks: .5 serving Triscuits red.fat (1)
2 TB FF Cream Cheese (1)
4 oz mango (.5)

Dinner: 3 oz. pork chops grilled (4.5)
10 oz. baked potato (3)
steamed broccoli (0)

Snacks: 1 C. baby carrots (0) TOTAL: 21


As for the rest of my points......its my birthday so I MAY have some cake :) I will let you know later...... :)

Dinner:
4 oz grilled steak
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1 8oz glass crystal light

Snack: 1 cup watermelon, cut up

2 cups of salad - mixed greens, tomato with 1/2 can tuna & 1 tbsp organic dressing
2 stalks celery with laughing cow cheese
1 cup watermelon cubes

Snack: 1 cup sliced cucumber marinated in red wine vinegar

Dinner:
Kung Pao Shrimp (from WW Take Out Tonight cookbook)
1 8oz glass crystal light

Snack: 1 Healthy Choice creamsicle

TOTAL: 22, I might not want the morning snack and I will probably have something after dinner. Might use a couple FPs. Today's the end of the week and I have 10 left.

Last night, I made the banana cream pie that was in an advertisement in this month's mag. Yummo. 5 pts, so careful. But, yummo.

So, the steak fajitas I'm having for lunch is last night's Cuban Steak leftovers. My zucchini wasn't healthy, so it became fajitas. HOWEVER, I learned too late that my tortillas were expired also! I ended up using taco shells! Pretty good though. :lol:

ok by me! The more the merrier.

So... I changed today a bit. I was running late with starting the new workout program and I ordered pizza. But wait! My half was thin crust, canadian bacon, pineapple, mushrooms, green peppers and onions. Lots of healthy stuff and I picked off some cheese. I was okay. Just 2 FPs!

OK, I'm jumping in. I logged everything on the WW online tools site -- I like how it just calculates your points for you!
Kashi Go Lean cereal (1.5)
1 cup 1% milk (2)
blueberries (.5)
coffee with milk (0)

2 vietnamese spring rolls (3)
1/2 Naked Mango Acai smoothee (3)

Snack: 2 Wasa fiber rye crisps (.5) I LOVE that these are so low-point!

Dinner: chili (5)
20 tortilla chips (5)

That left me with 1.5 left over points, so I'm going to have a fat-free pudding snack in a little bit.

Tomorrow I'm planning on yogurt with fruit topped with Go Lean as a crunchy for breakfast, then a salad with chicken bits for lunch and more chili for dinner (it was a crockpot full -- so there are a LOT of leftovers...)

with light dressing

Not a good dinner and I felt horrible by the time I got home - I think it was the tostitos - I'm not used to eating them anymore and paid the price.
