Wow, I'm the first post today.

Monday.. 20 minutes on treadmill. Will get some wts in later tonight.

Monday evening, 32 minutes of wt training added to my 20 minutes of treadmill.

Tuesday, 17 minutes on treadmill and 5 minutes on butt roller. So far....

I got in over 4000 steps by walking the perimeter of Costco today! (I bet the people who worked there were wondering what was up with me! :) I was there for 1.5 hours, just walking!)

Tuesday PM... 2 1/4 mile walk, 30 minutes of wt training.

Wed...AM... 17 minutes on the TM alternating jogging and walking.
