B:english muffin (2pts)
L: LO mexican goulash, peppermint pattie
S: ff cottage cheese, celery
D: Ummm, don't know yet. Some sort of chicken dish...maybe buffalo chicken?

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in
Lunch: Egg beater omelet with FF feta cheese
Snack: FF Cottage cheese and peaches
Dinner: Salsa and 10 chips (points); Carne asada and grilled onions; side of grilled veggies. I'll also count some points for hidden bad oil.

l: big salad w/some sort of protein, (1 pt for dressing), watermelon, milk
s: banana, graham cracker (pts)
d: Balsamic Marinated Roasted Chicken (since we didn't have it yesterday), roasted red baby potatoes, milk
