well i saw the physio again today and yes i need another cortisone shot not sure how often and injury needs 2 but hey i'm special i been told to keep it moving so i'm back to the gym tomorrow i can run and cycle and "wallow" to use the technical term in the pool

typical australian can dish it out when winning but can't take when losing especially to the lowliest ranked team on the face of the planet HAHAHAHA

not gonna bet on the ashes i think we'll be lucky to win 1 test. i'm looking forward to the tri nations at the end of the year greatbritain looking good this year injury dependant ofcourse. think we gotta a better chance of winning the league than the union infact probably more likely to win the cricket than the union but hey we still got the world cup
