WW Food and Point Issues - Flex Points?

Where would I go to get a list of the Food's with Flex Points? :?: :^:

In your Week 1 Booklet or in your data base on line. Sorry it is a copywrite infringement to post it however you can figure points on any item with the formula (public knowledge as it is listed in the patent) of:

POINTS = (calories/50) + (fat grams/12) - (fiber grams<capped at 4>/5)

and using the nutritional information.
