Weight Watchers - Anyone from the Erie, PA area?

My family and I are going to be in the Erie area this weekend. What's the weather like? I don't know how to pack. We're also going to Niagara Falls maybe Sunday or Monday. Any suggestions? Thanks!:)

Sunday: Chance of showers, high 70
The lows are in the mid 50's.
