LA Weight Loss - New to this forum

HI ... As the title says, I am new to this forum ...

I was on the LAWL plan back in 2000 after my 2nd child was born, I had very good results on the plan and lost about 50lbs in 8 months, then I got one of the best surprises of my life, I found out I was preg with my third child (when my second was 8 months old). I kept about 30lbs after the preg, and now 4 years later I am still trying to lose this baby weight. I have been back on the plan full force for about 3 weeks and I have lost about 10 lbs ... but I am losing my steam ... I don't have the $$ to go back to the center, which I think that helped a lot.


I am hoping to "meet" some people who are having the same struggles that I am and hoping to get some get advice and motivavtion by being here !

Hi Mom of 3! There are a number of people in this forum doing the LAWL plan without the support of the center - and a lot of us think that this group is as good or better anyway! ;) Come and join us in the LAWL monthly thread!
