Hi Jen,the only place I found was www. Health.Caloriecount.com but it cost money to join the site... You could always just make up a excel spreadsheet or track it via journeling..

The Fitday software has a section for tracking your measurements (Body Log). I don't know if the free on-line version has it or not.

Thanks ladies! I used to use FtiDay so I went and checked, but I didnt see Body Log. I guess it's only for paid subscriptions. Tracking it in Excel is a good idea though. Thanks!

This is a great excel template you can download from the MSN site. You plug in your information and it graphs your measurements and your BMI. It also does an estimate of your body composition. But I'm not sure how accurate that is. But it was fun to watch the changes, also it's nice because it's on your computer and you can access it anytime.

Sarahyu that is a *fabulous* template! I tried to design one myself and was having a nightmare with it. Thanks - off to browse the rest of the office site for more goodies
