I have two different e-files with points values....

one lists broccoli as 2 points per every 3 tablespoons (??)

the other lists broccoli as 0 points.

I'm talking about plain, steamed broccoli.

Please tell me that the ZERO points list is right... I love broccoli! :D

zero point veggies like broccoli are always zero points as long as you don't add any point value item to them such as oil. W/W built into their program 200-250 calories a day for these zero point items so eat and enjoy.

5 cups of broccoli flowerets are only 99 calories, 1 fat, 10 fiber and even using the cal/fat/fiber to get points that would be 1 point for 5 cups (this is from Mastercook) [even USDA website shows 99 cal/1 fat/18 fiber] however like I stated W/W allows for the zero point veggies so don't worry about them and enjoy them.
