This is the place to come tell your friends what your scale told you.

Not all results are what we would like for that week. However, every day is a fresh start.
Even if you don't weigh on Thursdays, you are more than welcome to post here.
I hope everyone has positive results this week. I am planning on that.

Well, I was down 2 pounds this week. I was almost afraid to go because my scale said I had lost nothing. I think I might not even weigh at home anymore.

I'm really bummed out

because I can't make my tracker move. Well, some day it will----just not this week.

Well I'm bummed too Tina. My tracker wont be moving this week. You would think with all the heat (today it is suppose to be 103) fat would just melt off.

If it were just that easy.

I promise your trackers are going to move next week. Make sure that you bump up your water. I did that this past week and I think it helped. Try the H20 flavored water. It's so easy to drink and I drank alot of it.

Mine isn't moving either, but I had gained a couple pounds and now it's back to the right number. Now I need to get it to move in the right direction!!!

Next Thursday I'll be in Michigan. Woo hoo!!

Whoot!!!

I've never been so happy about two-tenths of a pound before, but since I didn't WI last week, and for the past two weeks been hitting a lot of fast food, I would have been happy to have not gained. So a itty-bitty loss is, well, still a loss! Happy weekend to you all!
