Got in my walk this morning..20 minutes. On the way home, we were greeted by a new neighbor who moved in about four months ago. Low and behold, it was the owner of the garage where we took our cars who disappeared about nine months ago! We never got up the nerve to ask his partner what happened to him! He is such a nice guy, and its so cool he is living right up the street! :)

Monday-- AM-- Walked 3.2 miles
PM--Walked 2 miles with Buddy.

Tuesday-- AM-- 10 minutes stretches, 37 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
PM-- Walked 2 miles with Buddy.
