South Beach Diet - The Truth!

Hi all! I don't usually post in the forum, but I do journal everyday. I see inspiration everywhere here and that really makes it easier to stay op and make healthy choices during the day.

Kellbee journaled this and I really was impressed with the statement:

"lack of self confidence sees no size." :chin: I think she's got it.

Hope everyone finds the confidence to feel beautiful no matter what your size ;)
