Carb Counters - popcorn

does anyone know if popcorn is ok?? I am taking my kids to the movies, and I can do without candy, but I don't know about the popcorn! I am also currently on induction.

Popcorn is absolutely NOT allowed, particularly during induction. Take some pork rinds along and don't be tempted.

Nope...popcorn is not an induction friendly food.

Is popcorn actually allowed on ANY of the phases??

I somehow doubt it as it's a very high GI but don't have my Atkins book here. I do see that 3 cups of air popped are allowed on Phase II of South Beach which astonishes me except it IS whole grain.

THanks for the info. We actually decided to borrow some movies from my parents, they have a mini movie rental in their house!!! Plus that way I don't have to worry about cheating, and it is free!!!
