Monday, 16 minutes on the treadmill. Doing lots more jogging. 6 minutes on the bun roller. Will try to do wts tonight.

Monday- nothing!
Tuesday- 3 mile Express and church workout this evening(some step, regular aerobics, followed by body sculpting)

Wednesday- Ramp it up
Thursday- probably 4 mile Express followed by body sculpting(skipping church this evening, so I need a good workout at home)
